About Us

HME was founded in 2007 with a clear goal of providing high-quality services in the field of mechanics, bringing customer ideas to life through our execution. In the first year of operation, we started production on an area of 940m². In the early years, the main focus was on the production and assembly of elevator parts.

In 2010, we expanded our equipment fleet and began actively seeking new customers. Our production area grew to 2000m² with the move. These steps allowed us to increase production volumes and expand our range of services.

By 2012, HME’s equipment fleet included 12 CNC machines. Our client base expanded to include Estonia, Finland, Sweden, and Germany. We achieved international recognition due to our commitment to quality and precision.

From 2013 to 2015, we focused on installing new technologies, improving production efficiency, and implementing a quality system. In 2013, we certified our management system according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard, confirmed by Bureau Veritas. A quality department was established, and we invested in a CMM measuring machine.

From 2016 to 2018, we continued developing our team members and technological capabilities. It was decided to transition production management and planning to an ERP system and certify production according to ISO 14001. The production area grew to 2400m².

From 2019 to 2022, the ERP system was implemented from customer management to sales to enhance the company’s operational efficiency and flexibility in finding solutions for customers. The company was certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, confirmed by Bureau Veritas. The production area grew to 3000m².

In 2022, we started machine integration with the goal of having work centers directly connected to the ERP system, providing an operational overview of the production status and giving our customers the ability to get an overview of the production process at any time. A new technology office was built and equipped, and the number of engineers grew to seven.
